Report of the Value of Tas Inland Fisheries

Recreational fishing in Tasmanian inland waters provides a range of economic, social and health benefits to both local and non-local anglers, including those from interstate and overseas. However, there has been limited information available on the economic characteristics of the inland fisheries and their contribution to the regional economy. This report provides insight into the economic contribution that inland anglers make to Tasmania.
